Camping

For those of you who know us - We LOvE Camping!!! I was so excited over Memorial Weekend to be able to go camping, however the weather was not very cooperative. We did end up going on Sunday in Logan. We went with Clay's brother Brett and his family and met up with some good friends at the campsite just outside of Logan. Clay and I set up our trusty old tent - which we practically lived in for two years. And enjoyed burgers and bratwurst around the campfire followed up with some good ol' peach cobbler - not my greatest cobbler, but sufficient nonetheless! :) This was Nora Tess' first camping experience and she was a little trooper. She loves to be outside so she enjoyed crawling around in the dirt and at bedtime she snuggled down into her sleeping bag with all the 5 extra blankets tucked in around her and promptly went to sleep! She's my outdoors girl. She may look nothing like me but she does like to be outside and play in the dirt and camp like me!! The other thing that was really fun about camping was the sleeping bag for Nora Tess. I've had this My Little Pony sleeping bag since I was little and it was fun to pass it on to her. It's probably worth some money on Ebay (or so I'm told) But I'm more sentimental and think it's more fun to keep it around. The pictures are from when I was airing everything out once we were back home. I wish I would have taken a picture of her sleeping in the bag - it was so stinking cute!! haha.
